Terms of Service (VOP)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access and use of the Vault (RFile) file storage and transfer platform hosted at r-file.cz.

2. Service Description

Vault (RFile) provides high-performance file sharing and cloud locker services, including:

• Free public file transfers up to 50 GB per drop with strict 7-day automated expiration.
• Private virtual cloud drive for registered users with a 30 GB baseline quota.
• End-to-end tokenized links, optional password protection, and download limits.

3. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use

Users agree not to upload, store, or distribute files that infringe applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Copyright-infringing materials without proper authorization.
• Malicious software, trojans, ransomware, exploits, or phishing vectors.
• Illicit, defamatory, or harmful content.

4. Disclaimer & Availability

While we take industry-standard precautions to ensure continuous availability, high durability, and security, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Users are advised to maintain independent backups of vital documents.

5. Effective Date

These terms are effective as of September 9, 2026. Operator reserves the right to modify these terms as needed.
